We like transparency and we think you do too.   We are not commoditizing creative services, but as a business we understand that you want to know upfront if we are a good fit when it comes to your budget. 

So we would like to give you an idea of our pricing categorized by services we provide.  We are very flexible on pricing, and if there is one thing that our current and past clients could say about us, is that we under-promise and over-deliver.

Website Design and Development

Website design and development for start-up organizations and companies start between $1,000 - $3,000.  You want a basic, intuitive, and well-designed online presence; and we could create them for you within a month.

For mid-level organizations who require functionalities such as member, donor, and board secure zones; seamless donation/giving page; unlimited web forms integrated with workflow for each department; and paywall system for exclusive member contents and features (i.e. web applications for member profiles, job boards, member-submitted content) --- pricing starts at $3,000 up to $12,000 depending on how complex design and feature sets you would like to implement.

We provide free, quick, non-binding estimates on projects.  Just fill out the form on the right side and let us know what you want to accomplish.  

All of our work has to be hosted on our affordable content management system. 

Inbound Marketing/SEO

We love doing inbound marketing for social causes.  And when we love what we do, we usually discount our rates and match our clients budget. We have a flat rate of $50 per hour on all inbound marketing work that we do, including SEO efforts to increase your search engine rankings.  

Social Media Marketing

We quote social media marketing projects based on our flat, non-profit hourly rate of $75 per hour.  Creating a privately-labeled social network (like FresnoArts or FPU Alumni Connect) usually starts at $3,000, which includes full consultation on how to grow your network.

On-demand STAFFING

Our on-demand staffing rate is $75 per hour, charged at :30 min increments. We act as your marketing director/coordinator, we place your company signature on external communications, and carry a generic organization e-mail address (i.e. marketing@your-org-name.org). This allows you to allocate marketing personnel budget per event or campaign while ensuring that your organization has capacity needed to execute a successful campaign.
